Headteacher's Welcome
Welcome to Arnot St. Mary Church of England Primary School's website. We hope you find all of the information you are looking for and that the website will give you an insight into the life of our wonderful school...
Arnot St. Mary C of E Primary School is a rich and vibrant community. It is truly a place of learning and discovery where our children can develop their unique talents and reach their full potential in a happy, warm and safe atmosphere.
As a Church of England school, we are very proud of our strong links with the Liverpool Diocese and Parish of Walton-on-the-Hill. We are committed to providing an outstanding learning environment rooted in Christian values, where children can flourish and blossom as individuals who are able to make a positive contribution to life in modern Britain.
We strive continually at the school to provide learning of the highest quality. Our fully refurbished Victorian buildings provide a unique setting for our children. Our state-of-the-art technology hub and reading loft add yet another dimension to our facilities, and provide the children with even greater opportunities to develop as independent learners.
Our curriculum provides outstanding learning opportunities, through a broad and balanced range of experiences which are relevant to children’s interests and needs. It builds cultural capital by providing powerful knowledge and opportunities to share and communicate this knowledge using subject specific skills.
We have qualified specialist teachers to deliver high-quality PE and Spanish across the school. Our Breakfast Club and after school activities also provide a vast range of physical and creative experiences.
Our aim is to recognise each child's individual talents and potential. We want pupils at Arnot St. Mary to have memorable, life-long learning experiences. I believe our school is a very special place. We have a learning environment to be proud of, amazing teachers and support staff, and supportive parents and families, and as a result, pupils are engaged, enthusiastic and proud of their school.
Thank you for visiting our website. We hope you find it useful and informative.
I look forward to welcoming you to our school in the future.
